–We wrote 2 posts before the election. (You’ll have to work a bit to find them.)

.

–In one of those, we offered a “3-choice description” of one of the candidates.

.

–We promised our response in a 3rd post in the spring…

   It’s not spring yet.

We did, however, post something about Steve Bannon. If you don’t know who he is, go no further. Few are looking for facts anymore¹. We did this because it was reported in The Huffington Post that he had a deep attachment to The 4th Turning, a book we published 4 posts on [ see #215 & ff. ] two-and-a-half years ago. We thought some readers of adozenseconds.com might find this of interest.

Read widely, check your sources, watch, think, and pray. We take a lot for granted in America.

¹ “Few looking for facts”? Or so is my experience. The “I” who usually rides inside “the editorial we” literally broke up a fist-fight at a table in a popular small restaurant just days before the election.  Two ordinarily quiet men (occasional friends of mine) voiced that they favored different candidates (the two main ones) and suddenly stood up and began loudly swearing at each other, before abruptly facing off in the now-silent room and starting to go further (other details of names, time,  place, etc. omitted here). [See how one can politely discuss nasty things?]
