cisgender – (adj. or n.)  “People whose experiences of their own gender agree with the sex they were assigned at birth.”

   It’s considered the opposite of:

 

transgender, which is “identifying as having undergone medical treatment to become a member of the opposite sex,” or “identifying with a gender other than the biological one.”

   Be aware that definitions of these terms are over the place. In time they will probably evolve and change dramatically after laws are passed just as they did years ago with “homophobic.”
